About Stacey
I started my career in the creative industry before finding my feet in recruitment in 2016. The fast-paced environment, ability to solve problems and build genuine connections felt like a perfect fit – and I was good at it! After several years in London, I returned to Melbourne, advancing my career in HR and earning a Diploma in Human Resource Management. But despite the progress, I found myself burned out and unfulfilled.
I adored the people aspect of my job and the impact I could make in others’ lives, so in mid-2022, I started coaching on Upwork as a passion project alongside my full-time HR role. Coaching became an escape – seamlessly blending my recruitment expertise, people-focused approach and genuine care for others.
In January 2023, I took a leap of faith – quit my job and moved to Colombia to pursue my dream of learning Spanish and working for myself. I started freelancing, collaborating with leading coaches and mentors and soon began receiving referrals and glowing testimonials from clients worldwide. Encouraged by this success, I launched my website in May 2025, and here we are! Based between Mexico and Australia, I’m proud to offer personalised coaching and resume writing services to professionals worldwide.
From recent graduates to Fortune 500 executives, I’ve had the privilege of working with job seekers across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on tech, sales, marketing and product roles. I’ve supported clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East and Europe, gaining valuable insights into diverse employment markets and industry nuances.
When I’m not helping clients with their careers, you’ll find me at pilates, eating tacos or planning my next adventure. I’ve visited 65 countries and can’t wait to visit Japan next!

My coaching sessions are collaborative, casual and practical, designed to give you actionable tools you can use throughout your career. I also offer one round of edits for resumes and cover letters to ensure you feel aligned with the changes and excited about the final result.
I know how challenging and frustrating the job search can be – I’ve been there too but with the right prep, consistency and someone in your corner, you’ll feel more confident and in control of your next steps.
